At Field Path Therapy, I offer a range of services to help improve your quality of life. Services include in-person and virtual sessions, home or on-site visits, group sessions, and shorter "check-in" sessions for between-session support. Starting with an assessment of where you're at, we create a personalized path that meets your unique needs.
15-120 minute sessions
Therapy begins with an assessment and individualized treatment planning. Frequency and duration of treatment will vary for each individual.
I know how debilitating OCD and Related Disorders can be. When the situation is severe, standard outpatient therapy of 1hr/week is often insufficient and demoralizing. I offer cost efficient treatment plans that balance treatment needs and financial considerations.
Maybe you've just started doing ERPs using a self-help book and you need some encouragement or help trouble-shooting. Or, maybe you know what to do and could use some help getting it done. ERP-Coaching sessions reinforce the importance of repetition in ERP treatment. They're perfect for individuals who know the ERP basics and just need some support doing them. These sessions range from 15-60 minutes.
Gains made in therapy often have a hard time generalizing to everyday life. On-site visits help us to "meet you where you're at" and set goals relevant to your most important spaces. On-site visits can include ERPs, decluttering, sorting and decision-making, exposures with family members, etc.
Are you a parent or a partner of someone with OCD or a Related condition (OCDR)? I know how these conditions can impact the lives of those closest to OCDR. Family consultation sessions may include strategies for limiting OCD accommodation, learning how to support your child with compulsive hair-pulling, or guidance navigating healthcare services for OCD.
All Together NOW
Do you struggle to get things done? Things you need to do or even things you want to do? If so, this group might be a good fit. All Together NOW is not a typical therapy group, it's a "getting-things-done" online group. It's based on "body-doubling" and "behavioural activation" interventions used in ADHD and depression.
A typical session looks like this:
- 5-min check-in (Name, How I Plan to Spend My Group Time)
- 45 mins of doing the thing(s)
- 5 min check-out
Examples of things participants choose to do during group time: chores, exercise, work tasks, meditation, emails, phone calls, therapy homework, etc...

Mindfulness for OCDR
There is growing evidence that Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) can help individuals with OCD get some space from intrusive thoughts and compulsive urges. I periodically run Mindfulness-Based therapy groups for OCDR. Contact me for more information.
OCD Group
Living with OCD can feel isolating, frustrating, and stressful. Connection with others who "get it" can, in and of itself, be a healing force. Plus, "more heads are better than one" and sometimes fellow group members have great ideas on how to push back against OCD. I periodically run groups for OCD. Contact me for more information.
